FOAL REARING
Foal rearing program on Texel:
After weaning, our foals are included in our composite rearing program. Here they grow up in a social environment, surrounded by peers, which contributes to a healthy development.
Our spacious rearing boxes are equipped with an access to the paddock, ideal for the winter months, so that the foals have sufficient freedom of movement, even in the cold season.
During the summer period, the foals and yearlings stay outside on the grass 24/7, where they can develop further.
Stallions are also very welcome in our rearing program. They may remain in the rearing program as stallions until their first year of life. However, after their first year they must be castrated to continue to participate in the rearing program.
HORSE STABLE
Boarding stables on Texel: spacious stables and top facilities for your horse.
Our boarding stable offers spacious, comfortable stables with an accompanying paddock. With us you can use all facilities such as the indoor arena, outdoor arena, horse walker, and a round pen, ideal for various training sessions.
Every morning at 6am all horses are turned out. Owners are responsible for bringing their horse in.
You have the choice to have us manure the stable on: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or you can choose to manure the stable yourself.
HOLIDAY STORAGE
Holiday with your horse on Texel:
Have you always wanted to go on holiday with your horse? With us, it is possible! We offer holiday stables that are ideal for a holiday with your horse. The stables are 3m by 4m and offer enough space for your horse to feel comfortable. In addition, the horses enjoy pasture with us for natural movement.
When the outdoor stables are available, we also offer the option of an outdoor run near the stable.
